November 1st, State of the Art Gallery

Ed Brothers, Don Ellis, Patricia Hunsinger and Alicia Sangiuliano- New Members Show

Four new members of State of the Art, Ed Brothers, Don Ellis, Patricia Hunsinger and Alicia Sangiuliano, will share the main gallery during November.  The artists describe their work as follows:

Brothers, “Drawn to the constantly changing nature of flowing waters, my paintings depict varied views of those environments and personally meaningful places.”

Ellis, who will show a mobile, drawings and paintings “My work expresses the emotion I feel in actual natural settings and in poetry.”

Hunsinger, “I’m fascinated with shapes produced throughout the life span of living forms, miniature and massive shapes, all inter-related and compelling to me because of their similarities.”

Sangiuliano, “I am a multi-media artist using both digital and traditional techniques. I am inspired by psychology, social confines and feminine elegance.”

Show dates are Oct. 30 -Dec 1, 2019, with a reception for the artists, Friday, November 1, 5-8 pm. Other gallery members will show in the Salon. Hours: W-F, 12-5 pm & S & S, 12-5 pm. 120 W Martin Luther King, Jr./State Street with curbside parking and ADA accessibility. Info: 607-277-1626 and
